Can anyone attend?
The 1st International Firewalk Symposium is aimed at Firewalk professionals, those drawn to the Fire and those interested or working in the fields of Empowerment, Coaching and Personal Development.
What is the deadline for registration?
You will be able to confirm your place up until the 1st October 2017. However, there is a limit on the number of VIP and Gold tickets and if you wish to avail of the early bird rates, you should book before Friday 14th July.
I will be flying in. How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
The Symposium and Hotel are only 15 minutes from the airport. We will be posting a group where attendees can get in touch with each other should they wish to share taxis.
Are there other hotels I can stay at, rather than the conference hotel?
Riga is a great city and there are plenty of other options if you want to stay elsewhere. Please note that in the evenings we will be providing transport only from and back to the Riga Islande Hotel where the main Symposium will be held. If you stay elsewhere you will need to arrange your own transport from the Riga Islande Hotel back to your own accommodation.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Due to the nature of this event we presume you will do your best to honour your reservation. However, if for any reason you need to cancel your booking we require at least two weeks’ notice. At that stage you will be issued a refund of 75%. If less than two weeks’ notice is given, no refunds will be given.
In the unlikely event that the we have to cancel the Symposium a 100% refund will be issued.
You should hold off booking flights until August 1st unless we advise you before then. The sooner we can get delegates confirmed, the sooner you can book your flights. Help us make this happen!
